4(n) for this purpose shall be credited to this appropriation account. Notwithstanding
5s. 20.001 (3) (a), the treasurer of the unemployment reserve fund shall transfer any
6unencumbered balance in this appropriation account that is not needed or available
7to carry out the purpose of this appropriation to the appropriation account under par.
8(n). No moneys may be expended from this appropriation unless the treasurer of the

120.002 (1), the department of health and family services shall credit or deposit into
2this appropriation account funds for the purposes of this appropriation that the
3department transfers from the appropriation account under s. 20.435 (7) (bc). All
4funds allocated by the department but not encumbered by December 31 of each year
5lapse to the general fund on the next January 1 unless transferred to the next
6calendar year by the joint committee on finance.
